Mr. Portes has been a Global Executive in Oil & Gas for more than 30 years.

Mr. Portes is on the Advisory Board of Cerveceria Nacional Dominicana (CND), AB InBev’s subsidiary in Dominican Republic, a Board Member of Soluciones Gas Natural (SGN), a natural gas distributing company, a Board Member of SIBA Energy, a natural gas power plant company, a Board Member of DRE, a technology assembly and electronic programming entity in the free trade zone of DR, a former Board Member of Banco Dominicano del Progreso, and a former Board Member of Scotiabank Dominican Republic.

Mr. Portes has demonstrated success in managing investments to foster business development. Highly skilled in creating complex business alliances to drive growth under challenging decision-making matrixes, he brings a superior work ethic combined with a passion for driving revenue growth.

Mr. Portes has investments in Oil & Gas Downstream, Midstream, and Upstream. In addition to investments in renewable energy,power generation, and technology.

MANUEL A. JIMÉNEZ

Mr. Jiménez has over twenty years of experience in the finance, energy, and commodities trading sectors. He has served as a member of the Board of Directors of Empresas Generadora de Electricidad Haina (EGF Haina), a public-private partnership and the largest power generator in the Dominican Republic. He has served as managing director of Whitebay Enterprises, which has interests in a 300MW dual-fuel (natural gas and diesel) power plant and a 50 km gas pipeline.

Mr. Jiménez is a shareholder and member of the Board of Directors of Soluciones Gas Natural (SGN), the first commercial natural gas retailer in the Dominican Republic. He is the managing partner of Avanz Group, an advisory firm specializing in structured finance, mergers and acquisitions, and leveraged buyouts. He has also served as a member of the Special Commission for the Economic Reform of the Dominican Labor Code.

Mr. Jiménez serves as Vice President of the APEC Educational Credit Foundation (Fundapec), the leading Dominican non-profit organization that promotes higher education and technical studies loans for students.

Gulfstream Petroleum Energy Trading's (GPET) general business principles govern the way our company conducts its affairs.

GPET's primary objective is to efficiently, responsibly and beneficially manage its activities in the areas of oil, gas, lubricants and others related business.

We believe that oil and gas are essential in energy needs for economic development in the decades to come. Our role is to ensure that we provide them responsibly and cost-effectively, both socially and environmentally.

Our main goal is to work closely with our customers, partners, and policy makers to advance the use of energy and natural resources in a more efficient and sustainable way.
